Grand Journey was established to bring more culturally competent mental health care in Dane County. Our agency includes
a team of passionate individuals who provide
evidence-based supportive services to individuals and families
on their rehabilitation journey from mental illness
to self-empowerment, independency, and wellness.
Grand Journey works in partnership with community health and
